Email for Millbrook Communications subscribers

Millbrook Mail is the email service included with Millbrook Communications internet plans. Mailboxes are managed through your subscriber account and work with any standard mail program on your computer or phone.

Mailboxes are created and reset by Millbrook Communications support. There is no self-service sign-up on this site.

Mail program settings

Use these settings in Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or the mail app on your phone. Your username is your full email address.

Incoming mail (IMAP)	`imap.millbrookmail.com`, port 993, SSL/TLS
Outgoing mail (SMTP)	`smtp.millbrookmail.com`, port 587, STARTTLS, authentication required
Username	Your full address, for example `name@millbrookmail.com`
Password	The mailbox password from your welcome letter
Mailbox size	5 GB per mailbox

Help and support

For password resets, new mailboxes, or problems sending and receiving, contact Millbrook Communications customer service using the number on your bill. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm.

Outage notices are posted to subscribers by email and on the customer portal.

Acceptable use

Mailboxes are for personal and small-business use by subscribers. Bulk or unsolicited mail is not permitted and results in suspension of the mailbox. Abuse reports concerning mail from this domain should be sent to the postmaster address listed in the domain's public records.
